Initial Assessment & Scope Definition
We begin with a thorough walkthrough of the space to evaluate existing conditions, structural considerations, and the full scope of work. Whether it's a full apartment gut renovation or a targeted kitchen or bathroom remodel, we define the project parameters before any work begins.
Design Consultations are billed as a flat fee of $750 for up to 2 hours. This fee only applies when design services are part of your project.
If you're seeking construction services only, no design fee applies.

Preliminary Estimate & Proposal
Buddy Warren Home provides a complimentary preliminary estimate, outlining projected costs, timeline, and scope. This gives you a clear, transparent foundation for decision-making before committing to the project.

Design Coordination
For projects engaged alongside our Interior Design services, construction plans are aligned with the design vision from the outset: materials, layout, and finishes are coordinated so the build supports the larger holistic environment.
For contracting-only projects, we work from your existing plans or finalize technical specifications directly with you.

Permitting & Pre-Construction Planning
As a licensed NYC contractor, we manage all necessary permitting, scheduling, and logistics. This phase ensures the project is fully prepared before any demolition or construction begins.

Construction & Craftsmanship
Our team executes the work with precision and care, whether that means full gut renovations, custom carpentry, installations, or refinishing. Every detail is treated as part of the larger design intent, not an isolated task.

Final Walkthrough & Handoff
Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough together to confirm every detail meets our shared standard. Repairs, restorations, and finishing touches are addressed before handoff, ensuring the space is fully move-in ready.
