Founded by Buddy Warren, ASID Interior Designer and Licensed Contractor, Buddy Warren Home is a design-build firm specializing in holistic interior design and renovations. We provide end-to-end design and contracting services across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and complete home renovations throughout NYC.

Before becoming an interior designer and contractor, Buddy was a cognitive-behavioral therapist. That background shapes his entire approach to design. Buddy Warren is known as “The Pad Shrink" aka the designer who blends aesthetics, psychology and craftsmanship to create homes that reflect who you are and how you want to live. He guides clients in finding their “Inner Decorator”: their innate ability to create beauty and functionality in their own lives.

In 1994, when Soho was still emerging as an artistic and commercial hub, Buddy opened Cranberry Hole Road, the first antique shop and coffee bar in New York City. Located on Lafayette Street, the space featured a hand-painted trompe l’oeil mosaic floor that quickly became a destination in itself.

As both designer and licensed contractor, Buddy provides a rare advantage in NYC:

• One cohesive vision

• One accountable leader

• One highly skilled, mindful crew

From decluttering and conceptual design to renovation, painting, custom installations and furnishing, our team delivers a seamless, hands-on experience from inception to completion.
