Buddy Warren Home is a full-service NYC Interior Design and Licensed Contracting Firm serving Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Founded by Buddy Warren, ASID Interior Designer and Licensed Contracting  firm specializing in holistic residential design. We manage the entire process—from design and space planning to construction and installation—ensuring a seamless, well-coordinated renovation from start to finish. We provide end-to-end design and contracting services across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and complete home renovations throughout NYC.

A Different Kind of Designer

Before becoming an interior designer and contractor, Buddy was a cognitive-behavioral therapist. That background shapes his entire approach to design. Buddy Warren is known as “The Pad Shrink” — a designer who blends aesthetics, psychology and craftsmanship to create homes that reflect who you are and how you want to live.
He helps clients discover what they actually want — not just what they think they should want.
 

Buddy believes design is both creative and therapeutic. He guides clients in finding their “Inner Decorator” — their innate ability to create beauty and functionality in their own lives.

A Soho Original
In 1994, when Soho was still emerging as an artistic and commercial hub, Buddy opened Cranberry Hole Road, the first antique shop and coffee bar in New York City. Located on Lafayette Street, the space featured a hand-painted trompe l’oeil mosaic floor that quickly became a destination in itself.
 

The shop attracted artists, collectors, and notable personalities — many of whom later became design clients. This early fusion of art, hospitality, and curated interiors paved a foundation for what Buddy Warren Home has become today.
